Status
Drafts, not legal claims.
These policies are internal governance drafts for a pre-launch initiative. They do not by themselves create charitable registration, tax-deductible status, fundraising authority, employment arrangements or any other legal status.
Before formal adoption: the policies should be reviewed against the legal structure ultimately chosen for the foundation and adjusted to match its actual responsible persons, banking arrangements, reporting obligations and program risks.
