Everyone representing the Foundation should act honestly, respectfully and in a way that protects beneficiaries, colleagues, partners and the integrity of humanitarian work.
Respect & dignityDo not discriminate, harass, exploit, humiliate or abuse people connected with Foundation activities.
SafeguardingMaintain appropriate boundaries and report safeguarding concerns promptly.
ConflictsDisclose actual, potential or perceived conflicts and follow any recusal or management decision.
Funds & propertyUse Foundation money, records, equipment and information only for authorised purposes.
ConfidentialityProtect sensitive personal, beneficiary, partner and organisational information.
No bribery or fraudDo not offer, request, accept or facilitate improper benefits, kickbacks, falsified records or misuse of funds.
