Accountable humanitarian systems before scale.
HSKRC Humanitarian Foundation is being developed in Australia to support vulnerable communities in Afghanistan through carefully scoped relief and resilience projects supported by governance, safeguarding and transparent reporting systems.
Project Design
Structured proposals, budgets, risk assessments, approval gates and completion reporting.
Governance
Policies for finance, safeguarding, child protection, privacy, conflicts, complaints, anti-fraud, overseas operations and sanctions compliance.
Digital Accountability
Secure project, finance, evidence, risk, partner and complaints registers with privacy-safe public project reporting.
Partner Controls
Due diligence, written agreements, review dates, compliance expectations and evidence requirements before delivery.
Small pilots, strong controls.
The first internal pilot design is an Afghanistan Winter & Food Relief Pilot with a draft planning envelope of AUD 50,000. It remains private and unapproved until location-specific need, partner due diligence, compliance, funding conditions and governance approvals are complete.
